Start to finish: 10 minutes
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Handful fresh dill, roughly chopped
1/2 large cucumber or 1 Persian cucumber, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
In a medium-sized bowl add yogurt, dill, grated cucumber, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix together.
Enjoy! You can add this to anything you want and it is a great alternative to ranch and mayo.
