Overnight Oats

One of the factors I look for when making breakfast is something easy I can make that is time efficient for me in the mornings before work. This is just that. You make this the night before,so in the morning you just grab and literally go. Who doesn't want that, right? I do. Here is one version of overnight oats that I love to make. 


1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Banana

1-2 Tspn Cinnamon

1 Tspn Vanilla Extract

3 Tbspn Chia Seeds

1 Cup Almond Milk (OR any other type of milk you have on hand)


1. In a bowl smash the banana.

2. Add the chia seeds.

3. Then add rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

4. Mix all together. 

5. Place in some type of to go container. I used a to go coffee mug with a lid. 

6. Place in fridge overnight. The next day, you will have your breakfast ready to go. No hassle or leaving to work or school with no breakfast.
