This simple, light, fresh, and quick seafood mix is probably my favorite meal to have on a hot day. I know many people do not like seafood, but trust me when I say this, you will love this! The freshness, sourness from the lemon, and warmth of homemade pita chips are just the best combination. I literally have two filled bowls of this each time I make it, the best part is that it fits into my serving portion of food and it does not leave me bloated at all. Who doesn't want that! Here is the recipe.


1 Cooked Octopus (I buy mine at seafood department of my market)

1 Packet of Imitation Crab

1-2 Avocado

4 Lemons

Salt & Pepper

2 Tomatoes

1/2 Red Onion

Handful Cilantro

5 Radishes


3 Whole Wheat Pitas (Recipe to Pitas chips can be found in my "Tuna Salad" Post)


1. Dice Tomato, onion, octopus, avocado, and radishes. Thinly chop cilantro. Shred crab with fingers. 

2. Mix all together. Season with lemon, salt, & pepper. 

3. Eat with Tapatio or some type of hot sauce and pita chips.
