Hummus & Veggies

This is not actually a recipe, but it is a snack I eat often. When I say often, I mean almost everyday. I love to eat pine nut hummus with either raw carrot sticks, sliced cucumber, raw bell pepper, or 1 whole wheat pita. I do not make my own hummus, but one brand I always buy is Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus. It is so addicting that I put this hummus in sandwiches as a spread or even as a dipping sauce to some of my food.  Really, this is an awesome snack to have, it fills you up until it is time for your next meal. Trust me, you are going to love this!
