Green Onion- Ginger Tilapia

2 wild caught tilapia
2 tablespoons grated ginger
2 red thai chiles
1 tablespoon coriander
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
First, preheat the oven to 350 F before prepping the tilapia. Meanwhile, line the baking sheet with foil, place the tilapia on top. In a small bowl, mix coriander, garlic salt and pepper, set aside. Chop the green onion and red thai chiles, also set aside.
In the slit of the tilapias, stuff with sliced limes —about three slices per tilapia. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture, chopped green onions and red chiles on top. Then squeeze the second lime over both and grate ginger.
Place the baking sheet into the oven, and bake for 30- 40 minutes. Make sure to keep your eye on the tilapias because depending on the size of the fish, the time will vary.
Once the timer is up, take it out and serve it with warm brown rice or yams and broccoli like I did above.
