1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Handful fresh dill
1/2 large cucumber or 1 Persian cucumber, grated
1 garlic clove
In a medium-sized bowl add yogurt, roughly chopped dill, grated cucumber, minced garlic clove, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix together.
Enjoy! You can add this to anything you want and it is a great replacement to ranch and mayo.
