Pepperoni-Canadian Bacon Pizza
Trader Joe's Plain pizza dough
2 or more cups shredded monterey cheese
Trader Joe's tomato pizza sauce
Preheat oven 450 F
Shred the cheese and slice olives, set aside.
Take the dough out of the bag. Make sure the dough is at room temperature because it will allow the rolling process to be easier. Let it sit out for 30 minutes, if it was in the fridge.
Once the dough is at room temperature, sprinkle flour onto the counter and roll out the dough into a circle or to the closest to a circle you can get it. If it is not perfect, it is OK. It is homemade pizza.
Now, assemble the pizza with all the ingredients. Brush olive oil over the edge because it will create a golden crust.
On a baking sheet grease with olive oil and sprinkle flour. Make sure you sprinkle All-purpose flour or corn meal onto your baking sheet because this trick will prevent the pizza from sticking to the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until it is golden brown.
