Acai Smoothie Bowl
1 Packet Acaí (From Costco)
Frozen Bananas ( Freeze 1-2 bananas)
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Granola*
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Unsweetened Dried Coconut Flakes
Before taking the frozen bananas and acaí packet out, prep your toppings first because the acaí packet will melt quickly and you will be left with soup. Dice the mango and strawberries, measure 1/2 cup of granola, set aside.
In the blender, add the almond milk, frozen bananas, and one frozen acaí berry blend packet. Blend until smoothly blended. Make sure you do not over blend because it can get watery quick. The consistency should be thick.
Once blended pour into a bowl and begin to make it pretty with your toppings.

*If you are using store bought granola make sure you read the labels to ensure the granola does not contain corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup in its ingredients.
