Green Breakfast Smoothie

Okay, on mornings before work or school that I wake up late, I do not have time to make an elaborate breakfast, so most of the time I opt for smoothies. Smoothies are great to get your vegetables, fruit, and carbs in. Plus they are easy travel meals that you can drink on your way to work or school. Aside from being easy to drink on the go, the smoothies are filling! I usually get hungry quickly, but this smoothie keeps me full until my snack or even sometimes until my next meal. So no further or do, here is the recipe to one of my go-to smoothies.


1 16.9 oz water bottle

1 banana

1 small apple

Handful of kale


2 tbspn chia seeds

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats


1. Blend all ingredients together.
